30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Eligibility

- It must be unworn or unused, with tags.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Your item must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above, including being in its original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
